Please note classes are NON- REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to make a scheduled class, kindly email us at info@exchangedance.com to receive a ONE TIME transfer credit to a class of equal value. In the email please include: 1. Your full name 2. The class that was missed 3. The date of the missed class.
Followed by the date and time of the new class you would like to take. If a new class is not mentioned, we will automatically enroll you in the same class the following week.
Class credit must be redeemed within 2 weeks of missed class. We cannot accept phone or social media cancellations at this time. 

Classes are subject to cancellation based on attendance. This is at the sole discretion of the studio. In the event of a cancellation, dancer may transfer the class credit to any new class at the same price.
