THE WAREHOUSE
2800 sqft of dance bliss, equipped with professional lights and sound, 2 in studio water fountains, and plenty of space to meet all your creative needs. Capacity= 100.

REHEARSAL ROOM
Boasts 450 sqft of intimate dance space equipped with lighting and sound to meet a variety of creative needs. This room features a waiting/ lobby area and 10 foot windows creating plenty of natural light, or draw the curtains to set the vibe of your low lit dance oasis. Capacity= 15.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend your booking, please notify us in writing at info@exchangedance.com
at least 3 days prior to your rental start date to receive a transfer credit.
No refunds.
Book Your Space!
Our smart scheduling system will show you available times based on the number of hours you are booking. For example, if we close at 10pm and you need a 2 hour booking, our system will show the last available time as 8pm even though the 9pm slot may be available. To access the 9pm slot you will need to back up and select a 1 hour booking.
