Service Description
A one-day movement experience designed to recharge your body, mind, and energy. Rotate through five unique 30 minute classes with 15-minute reset breaks between each. From high-energy dance to grounding movement, this day is all about connection, confidence, and good vibes. Come for one class or stay for the full flow, you’ll leave feeling powerful, playful, and fully reset.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that all class purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. If I cannot attend a scheduled class, I may request a one time transfer credit to a class of equal value by emailing info@exchangedance.com before the class start time. Credits must be used within 2 weeks of the missed class. No phone cancellations with be accepted. MEDIA RELEASE: I understand that by participating in classes and events at Exchange Dance, I may be photographed or recorded, and I give my permission for my likeness, image, and/or voice to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
